# Terms of Service

## The short version

- You can cancel any time, and you keep the rest of the period you paid for.
- Your conversations stay yours. Export them or ask us to delete them.
- Nothing reaches a lead without your approval until you turn auto-send on.
- Use it on an audience that chose to message you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SetLuca, LLC ("SetLuca", "we", "us") and the products and services we offer. By using Luca you agree to these Terms. ## Your account and the accounts you connect

You're responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use with Luca, including the messaging-platform tokens you connect for Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Telegram. You can disconnect any channel at any time from your settings. Tell us at [hello@setluca.com](mailto:hello@setluca.com) if you suspect a compromise and we will help you revoke access.

## What gets sent, and who approves it

Luca drafts replies and places them in your review queue. Nothing reaches a lead until you approve it, unless you switch auto-send on for a channel. You remain the sender of every message that leaves your accounts, and you are responsible for the claims those messages make, including anything said about price, outcomes, or results.

## Acceptable use

Use Luca on an audience that chose to message you. Don't use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, or in a way that breaks a messaging platform's own terms. We may suspend an account that puts our platform integrations at risk, and we'll tell you why.

## Trials, subscriptions, and billing

A trial runs for seven days and asks for a payment method up front. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Otherwise your plan starts when the trial ends and bills monthly at the price shown on the [pricing page](/pricing) for the plan you picked.

Plans are priced by conversations, meaning unique leads Luca drafts a reply for in a calendar month. Cancel at any time and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

## Your data and your conversations

Your conversations, your voice profile, and your lead records belong to you. You can export them or ask us to delete them at any time, and we act on that request. How we handle the data while you use Luca is set out in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy).

## Ending the agreement

Close your account whenever you like. We may end an account for a serious breach of these Terms, and outside of an urgent platform-safety issue we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

## Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the updated version here and change the 'Last updated' date above. When a change materially affects your rights, we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect.
