## What we collect

We collect the account information you give us (name, email, organization), the messaging-platform tokens you connect, and the message content Luca processes to draft replies. We log basic usage events, such as clicks, deliveries, and errors, to run the product and fix what breaks.

## How we use it

We use this information to provide Luca: drafting replies in your voice, scoring leads, and surfacing them in your review queue. Your conversations build a voice profile that belongs to your account alone. We don't use your messages to train models shared with other customers, and we don't sell your data or your audience's data.

## How we share it

We share data with the sub-processors that run Luca: cloud infrastructure, model providers, email delivery, and payment processing. They are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and use the data only to provide their service to us.

## How we protect it

The provider tokens you connect are encrypted at rest, and every query against your data is scoped to your own account. Disconnect a channel and the token stops working straight away.

## How long we keep it

We keep your conversations and voice profile while your account is open, because that history is what lets Luca keep sounding like you. Close your account or ask for deletion and we remove that data.

## Your choices

You can disconnect any messaging account at any time, export your data, or ask us to delete it by emailing [hello@setluca.com](mailto:hello@setluca.com). If you gave us your email through the website rather than the app, every message we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link that also suppresses the address.
