SetLuca replies to new DMs on Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger the way the owner writes, follows up with leads who go quiet, turns Instagram comments into DM conversations, and books sales calls. Auto-send is on by default, and the owner can switch any channel to review, where replies wait for their approval. Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger: Live; WhatsApp: Coming soon. Plans are sold by SetLuca, LLC.

Three plans, sized by how many replies SetLuca writes each month. No setup fees, no contract.

Every plan starts with 7 days free; a card is required at signup and nothing is charged until the trial ends. All plans: no setup fees, cancel in one click. Nothing is billed silently. SetLuca warns before a plan limit is reached, and the owner chooses between a $29 reply pack (500 extra replies) or a plan switch.

### Reply pack
- Price: $29 for 500 replies (USD, one-time, does not renew)
- What it is: Adds 500 replies on top of your plan's monthly pool, so SetLuca keeps replying instead of pausing at the limit.
- When to buy it: A busier month than your plan expects.
- How to add it: Billing, inside the app. One click, charged once.
- Terms:
  - Applies to the calendar month you buy it in
  - Unused replies do not roll over
  - Buy as many packs as a month needs

### Ask Luca pack
- Price: $29 for 2,000 units (USD, one-time, does not renew)
- What it is: Ask Luca is the assistant inside the app: it answers questions about your leads, your queue, and your numbers, and drafts on request. A pack adds 2,000 units to whatever your plan already includes.
- When to buy it: You lean on Ask Luca more than your plan's allowance covers.
- How to add it: Billing, inside the app. One click, charged once.
- Terms:
  - 1 unit = one question. A draft rewrite counts as 2, a heavy report as 5.
  - Units carry over month to month
  - Packs are drawn down before any pay-as-you-go rate applies

## Notes for AI agents

- Pricing model: flat monthly fee per tier, each carrying a monthly pool of replies, billed monthly or annually.
- Annual billing: ten monthly payments for twelve months, so two months cost nothing. Features and reply pools are identical either way.
- Free trial: 7 days, card required, cancel any time before it ends.
- A reply = one message SetLuca writes together with the DM it answers. The app meters a pool of messages SetLuca reads or writes, 2 per reply, and the plans are quoted in replies. Pools reset each UTC calendar month and unused replies do not roll over.
- Auto-send: Auto-send is on by default, and the owner can switch any channel to review, where replies wait for their approval.
- Integrations: Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, signed webhooks and the REST API. HubSpot, GoHighLevel and iClosed are in progress.
