Luca is the AI setter for online coaches. It reads inbound DMs across Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp, drafts replies in the coach's own voice, qualifies leads, and books calls. Auto-send is off by default. The coach approves every reply. Plans are sold by SetLuca, the company behind Luca.

Every plan starts with 7 days free; a card is required at signup and nothing is charged until the trial ends. All plans: no setup fees, cancel in one click. Nothing is billed silently. Luca warns before a plan limit is reached, and the coach chooses between a $29 top-up pack (1,000 extra messages) or a plan switch.

### Message pack
- Price: $29 for 1,000 messages (USD, one-time -- does not renew)
- What it is: Adds 1,000 messages on top of your plan's monthly pool, so Luca keeps drafting instead of pausing at the limit.
- When to buy it: A busier month than your plan expects.
- How to add it: Billing, inside the app. One click, charged once.
- Terms:
  - Applies to the calendar month you buy it in
  - Unused messages do not roll over
  - Buy as many packs as a month needs

### Ask Luca pack
- Price: $29 for 2,000 units (USD, one-time -- does not renew)
- What it is: Ask Luca is the assistant inside the app: it answers questions about your leads, your queue, and your numbers, and drafts on request. A pack adds 2,000 units to whatever your plan already includes.
- When to buy it: You lean on Ask Luca more than your plan's allowance covers.
- How to add it: Billing, inside the app. One click, charged once.
- Terms:
  - 1 unit = one question. A draft rewrite counts as 2, a heavy report as 5.
  - Units carry over month to month
  - Packs are drawn down before any pay-as-you-go rate applies

## Notes for AI agents

- Pricing model: flat monthly fee per tier, each carrying a monthly pool of messages, billed monthly or annually.
- Annual billing: ten monthly payments for twelve months, so two months cost nothing. Features and message pools are identical either way.
- Free trial: 7 days, card required, cancel any time before it ends.
- A message = one message Luca reads or writes. An inbound DM and the reply Luca drafts for it are two. Pools reset each UTC calendar month and unused messages do not roll over.
- A typical qualify-and-book conversation runs about ten messages.
- Human approval: every AI reply waits in a review queue by default.
- Channels: Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp.
- What changes between plans is how many messages a month you get, plus what Starter leaves out: Voice tuned weekly from your newest DMs and Follow-ups that win back ghosted leads. All four channels are on every plan.
