# An AI setter that writes DMs in your voice.

Luca reads your past DMs and learns how you actually write, down to the openers and the emoji. Every draft comes back in your phrasing, so your leads never feel the handoff.

Last updated: 2026-08-24

- Learned from your own DMs
- Visible and editable
- Never pooled with other coaches

## From your old DMs to your next reply.

There's no training step you have to sit through. The setup is connecting a channel; everything after that happens while you get on with coaching.

1. **Connect a channel** (you). Luca reads your past replies on it. No questionnaire, no writing samples to compose, nothing to fill in.
2. **It builds your profile** (Luca). Openers, sentence length, emoji, how you handle price, how formal you get per language. All of it visible in your settings.
3. **Drafts arrive in your voice** (Luca). Every reply in your queue is written as you, checked against your real offers and prices before you ever see it.
4. **Your edits sharpen it** (you). Change a word before approving and Luca notices the difference. The same correction seldom comes back twice.

## How Luca, the AI setter, learns to write like you.

Leads followed you for the way you talk. A reply that books the call but reads like a template spends that down, one message at a time. They feel the difference in a single line, which is why voice carries the rest of what Luca does.

### Trained on your real conversations

Connect a channel and Luca reads how you've talked to leads for years: how you greet people, how you ask questions, how you answer the price question, how you close. Then it writes new replies the same way, pulled from your own messages instead of a script.

- Learns your openers, phrasing, and emoji habits
- Keeps your prices, offers, and program names straight
- No writing prompts, no setup questionnaires

### Every edit you make retrains it

Each time you tweak a draft before approving it, Luca notices what you changed. The gap between what it writes and what you'd write shrinks week after week, until most drafts go out untouched.

- Every edit teaches it something specific
- Weekly refresh from your newest DMs on Pro and Scale
- Your voice today, not your voice last year

### Read your voice profile, and correct it

Your voice profile is a page in your settings, open for you to read. See what Luca learned about how you write and correct anything that feels off. Nudge the tone warmer or more direct when the situation calls for it. The change applies to the next draft. You can also

- Open your voice profile any time
- Fix a phrase once and it sticks
- Tone controls for when you want them

### Full register in three languages, mirrored in the rest

Luca answers in the language the lead used. English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese get full register rules learned from your own DMs in each one. For any of the other 13 languages it detects, it mirrors the lead's language on a best-effort basis and never mislabels it as English.

- Full register in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese
- Best-effort mirroring across 13 more detected languages
- Never mislabels a message as English

## Three replies where your voice decides the outcome.

In each one, a generic reply and a Luca reply part ways. The gap is wide enough to decide whether the thread keeps going.

### The price question

"how much is your program?" The message every coach answers ten times a week.

Luca gives your real number the way you give it, then asks the question you always ask next instead of leaving the price sitting there alone.

### The 2am lead

Someone messages at 2am, mid-scroll, half-committed, three words long.

The draft that's waiting for you at 6am is three words long too. Matching the energy of the message is most of sounding human.

### The second language

A lead opens in Spanish and you coach in Spanish, but not the way you write English.

Luca answers in Spanish using your Spanish register, learned from your own Spanish DMs rather than translated across from your English ones.

## Why most AI replies read as AI, and Luca's don't.

You've seen the tell. Perfect grammar, no pulse, and not a line any real coach would type between sets.

### A generic assistant

- Opens with "Hello! Thank you for reaching out". A lead texts "yo how much" and gets back "Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us." The register mismatch is visible before the second sentence.
- Writes in full paragraphs nobody types on a phone. Four correctly punctuated sentences in one block, where a real reply would land as two short texts a beat apart.
- Hedges on price because it doesn't know yours. "Pricing varies depending on your goals, feel free to book a call to discuss!" No number, because nobody gave it one.
- One flat register for every lead and every language. The same polished tone for a one-word 2am message and for a lead who opened in Spanish, because it has no version of any one coach to fall back on.
- Sounds the same as the other four coaches using the same tool. Swap the business name in the template and the message reads the same, because none of it came from anyone's real DMs.

### Luca, writing as you

- Opens the way you open, lowercase and all. "hey!!" instead of "Hello!" because that's the greeting your own last hundred DMs used.
- Matches your length, your rhythm, your emoji. A three-word lead gets a three-word reply back, in your emoji, not a paragraph padded out to sound thorough.
- States your real price, checked against your own profile. "how much is your program?" gets your real number in the first line, then the question you always ask next, instead of a redirect to a call.
- Shifts register per channel and per language, like you do. Looser and shorter on Instagram, more formal on WhatsApp if that's how you write there, learned per channel, not assumed.
- Learned from your DMs, so it can't sound like anyone else. Two coaches using Luca get two different drafts for the same lead message, because each profile came from a different set of DMs.

## The details, for people who want them.

What goes in, what comes out, and what never leaves your account.

- **What it reads.** Your past outbound messages on connected channels, plus any replies you paste in during setup.
- **What it never reads for voice.** It learns how you write, not what your clients told you. Lead messages inform the reply, never the voice profile itself.
- **How much it needs.** A few dozen real replies is enough to pick up your register. It sharpens from there with every edit you make.
- **Refresh.** Your edits teach it on every plan. The weekly refresh that keeps the profile current without you doing anything is included on pro and scale.
- **Visibility.** Your voice profile is a page in settings you can read and correct. Changes apply to the next draft.
- **Facts and prices.** Offers, prices, and program names come from your profile, and Luca checks every draft against them before it reaches your queue.
- **Languages.** Luca detects 16 languages and drafts and critiques with full register rules in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. For any other detected language, it mirrors the lead's language on a best-effort basis and never mislabels it as English.
- **Sales framework.** You pick the framework Luca sells with: Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, NEPQ, GAP, Straight Line, or a custom one you describe in your own words. The drafter and critic both follow that framework's stages.
- **Multi-part drafts.** Luca can split a reply into up to 4 short messages, the way you'd text it yourself. Turn it on in your app settings.
- **Isolation.** Your voice profile is scoped to your account, never pooled with other coaches, and never used to train a shared model.

## Questions

### Won't my leads notice it's AI?

They'd have to notice something that isn't there. Luca drafts from your own past messages, not a generic model's idea of helpful, so a draft carries your sentence length, your emoji, and your real price. You read every draft before it sends. Test it against the first ten drafts in your own queue, not this page.

### What if a draft doesn't sound like me?

Edit it before you send it. That's what the review queue is for. Luca learns from every edit you make, so the same miss rarely repeats.

### What happens if a lead writes in a language you don't have full register for?

Luca still answers in that language rather than defaulting to English; it mirrors what the lead wrote on a best-effort basis. Full register, the kind that matches your actual tone, is there for English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Every other detected language gets a solid best-effort reply instead of nothing.

### What happens if my voice changes over time?

It follows you. Every edit you make teaches it, on every plan, and on Pro and Scale it also refreshes weekly from your newest DMs without you doing anything. Rebrand or change how you sell and it catches up within a couple of weeks, sooner if you edit a few drafts to show it.

### Is my message history used to train anyone else's Luca?

No. Your voice profile is yours: scoped to your account, never pooled with other coaches, and never used to train a shared model. Delete your account and it goes with it.

### Does it copy my typos and bad habits too?

It keeps the habits that make you sound human: lowercase openers, the way you trail off, your particular emoji. It drops the ones that read as careless rather than casual. The goal is you on a good day, not a transcript.
