# Every drafted reply waits in your queue until you approve it.

Every reply Luca drafts waits in one queue for you to approve, edit, or skip. The person closest to buying is the first one you read. Auto-send stays off until you decide otherwise.

Last updated: 2026-08-10

- Auto-send off by default
- Buyers sorted to the top
- One queue, four channels

## From their message to your send.

Four steps, and you're the third one. That's the whole design.

1. **A lead messages you** (the lead). On any connected channel, at any hour. Luca reads it, works out what they want, and how close they are to buying.
2. **A reply gets drafted** (Luca). In your voice, checked against your real offers and prices. It goes to the queue, not to the lead.
3. **You approve, edit, or skip** (you). One screen, three buttons, from your phone. Skip sends nothing and leaves the conversation exactly as it was.
4. **It sends and keeps learning** (Luca). Approved replies go out at a human pace. Your edits teach Luca what you'd have written instead.

## What makes a queue worth opening.

A list of unanswered messages is what you already have. The queue is different because the reply is already written, the order already means something, and the whole thing is a few taps deep.

### One screen, one tap

Drafts from every channel land in a single queue on your phone. Approve, edit, or skip: between sets, between sessions, whenever you check your phone. No app-switching, no scrolling four inboxes to find out who's waiting.

- All four channels in one queue
- Approve or edit from your phone
- Skip means nothing sends, ever

### Sorted by who's ready to buy

Luca reads every conversation and puts the leads who are ready to book at the top. You spend your attention where the money is, and the tire-kickers wait their turn. Every card says why it's ranked where it is, so you're never guessing.

- Hot leads jump to the top
- Every draft shows why the lead matters
- Urgent messages never sit behind twenty easy ones

### Auto-send, only when you're ready

When you trust the drafts, turn auto-send on for routine first replies. It's per channel, one tap to undo. Everything sensitive still waits for you. New Instagram connections keep a warm-up of at least 7 days where you approve everything.

- Off by default, opt-in per channel
- Warm-up of at least 7 days on new Instagram connections
- Turn it off any time with one tap

### Every edit makes the next one better

The queue teaches Luca as you clear it. Change a phrase before approving, and Luca notices the difference. Coaches who edit heavily in week one usually approve most drafts untouched by week three.

- Your edit sends immediately
- The same correction rarely comes back twice
- Approval rate is a number you can watch climb

## Three mornings, three jobs.

What clearing a queue looks like on a day you don't have a spare hour.

### Between clients

Eleven minutes between sessions, and nine drafts waiting from overnight.

Six approved as written, two edited in a few words, one skipped. The queue is empty before your next client walks in.

### The one that matters

Twenty new messages, and one of them is a lead asking whether you have January spots.

That one is at the top with a reason attached, so it gets answered first instead of surfacing at 9pm when you scroll far enough down.

### The message that needs you

A lead mentions an injury and sounds worried about it.

Flagged and pushed to the top, and auto-send stays off for it even if you've turned auto-send on. Some replies should come from a person.

## The queue versus your inbox this morning.

You already have a place where lead messages pile up. Now the drafts wait there instead of the questions.

### Four inboxes, unassisted

- Newest first, so the buyer sits under the compliments. The lead asking about pricing arrives at 6am. By 9pm it's buried under thirty replies to nice post.
- Every reply starts from a blank box. You retype the same explanation of your 12-week program for the fourth time this week.
- You context-switch between four apps to find out who's waiting. Telegram, then Instagram, then WhatsApp, then Messenger. The lead who's ready to pay could be in any of them.
- Hours of delay on the leads who were ready right now. Someone asks about January spots at 7am and hears back at 9pm, after everyone else got answered first.
- Nothing learns from the reply you spent five minutes writing. Next week the same question costs the same five minutes, written from scratch again.

### The Luca review queue

- Sorted by how close each lead is to a decision. The January-spots question sits above eleven replies to comments, with the reason attached.
- Luca drafts the reply in your voice before you open it. Open the app and the January answer is already written, with your actual availability in it.
- One screen, four channels, one thread per person. A lead who messaged on Instagram and followed up on WhatsApp reads as one conversation, not two.
- Minutes to clear a morning, from your phone. Nine drafts, six taps, two edits, one skip. Done before your first client walks in.
- Every edit sharpens the next draft. Cut one sales-pitch line once, and it stops showing up in the next coach's draft too.

## How the queue behaves.

The rules that hold whether you clear it every hour or once a day.

- **Default behavior.** Auto-send is off. Every drafted reply waits for an explicit approval before it leaves your account.
- **Ordering.** By how close the lead is to a decision, not by arrival time. Each card carries the reason for its rank.
- **Actions.** Approve and send, edit and send, or skip. Skipping sends nothing and leaves the thread untouched.
- **Channels.** Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp drafts share one queue, with one thread per person.
- **Auto-send.** Opt-in per channel, scoped to the reply types you choose, reversible with one tap.
- **Instagram warm-up.** New Instagram connections keep a period of at least 7 days where you approve everything, for account safety.
- **Safety escalation.** A pattern-based check with no model in it flags medical concerns, crisis language, a lead who says they're a minor, harassment, payment claims, and legal threats. A flagged message jumps to the top of the queue and never auto-sends.
- **Critic check.** Before a draft reaches your queue, a separate check reads it for made-up facts, tone drift, the wrong language, and whether it answered the objection. A draft that fails gets rewritten before you see it.
- **Objection alternatives.** When a draft answers an objection, the card also shows alternate reply angles you can swap in instead of the default draft.
- **Team roles.** Invite teammates by email with a role: owner, admin, manager, operator, analyst, or viewer. Every send is attributed to the person who approved it.
- **Mobile.** The queue is the home screen of the iOS and Android app. Push notifications carry routing only, never message or draft text.

## Questions

### If I still have to approve everything, what have I saved?

The writing. Luca reads the message, checks it against your real prices and offers, and produces the reply. The minutes you used to spend composing become one tap to send, or a few words to fix.

### Can Luca ever send something I haven't seen?

Not unless you turn auto-send on, and it's off by default. When you do turn it on, you pick the channel and which reply types qualify, and you can switch it back off with one tap.

### What happens if a message is sensitive or upsetting?

Luca watches for messages that need a human rather than a reply: injury, grief, anything that reads as a person in trouble. Those get flagged and pushed to the top of your queue, and they never auto-send, even when auto-send is on for everything else.

### What happens to drafts I never get to?

They wait. Nothing expires and nothing sends itself. If a lead goes quiet while a draft is still sitting there, the follow-up cadence picks the thread back up instead of firing a stale reply.

### Can someone else on my team clear the queue?

Yes. Invite teammates by email and give each one a role: owner, admin, manager, operator, analyst, or viewer, so everyone sees only what their role allows, and every send is attributed to the person who approved it.

### Which plans include the review queue?

Included on every plan. Approving your own messages is how Luca works by default. What changes between plans is how many messages a month you get, plus what Starter leaves out: Voice tuned weekly from your newest DMs and Follow-ups that win back ghosted leads. All four channels are on every plan.
