SetLuca starts with new messages after connection. It does not bring in your old conversations. 1. **Connect a channel** (you). Create a Telegram bot with BotFather and paste its token into SetLuca, choose Continue with Instagram, or choose Continue with Facebook for Messenger. 2. **Teach it your writing style** (you). On Instagram and Messenger, SetLuca reads your recent replies once at connection to learn the way you write. On Telegram, paste a few replies. Old conversations are not brought into your inbox. 3. **New messages land in one queue** (SetLuca). New messages are sorted by who is closest to buying, with a reply drafted. 4. **SetLuca sends, or you approve first** (SetLuca). Auto-send is on by default, so replies go out on their own. Switch any channel to review and its replies wait for you to approve, edit, or skip. ## What each inbox needs from you. Each channel has different rules. How the live channels work together in one inbox. ### The reel spike A reel does numbers overnight and Instagram fills with story replies and DMs. SetLuca replies to each one and sorts them in the queue by buying intent. ### The channel hop She DMs you on Instagram Monday, then messages your Telegram bot Thursday. Instagram and Messenger each take a few taps; WhatsApp is coming soon. ## Questions ### How do I connect Instagram? Choose Continue with Instagram and approve access. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account, and no Facebook Page. SetLuca uses the official API and never asks for your password. DMs, story replies, story mentions, and comments then land in the same queue as your Telegram and Messenger conversations. ### Do I have to move my conversations somewhere new? No. Your inbox stays where it is, and replies appear in the same thread. SetLuca adds a review screen you can use if you switch a channel to review. Leads keep messaging the same account they always have, so nothing changes on their side, and you don't have to export or import anything. ### If a lead messages me on two channels, do they show up twice? No. SetLuca links new conversations under one lead, so qualifying answers carry over and nobody gets asked the same question twice. It does not bring in conversations from before you connected a channel; on Instagram and Messenger it reads your recent replies once, only to learn the way you write. ### What happens if a channel disconnects? You get told, in the app and on your phone, with the reason and the fix. Messages that arrive while it's down are still stored, so nothing is lost while a token gets reconnected. That matters most on Messenger, where a password change can expire the token without Facebook telling you. ### Can I start with just one channel? Yes. Its connection will respect Meta messaging windows and approved templates: a freeform reply within 24 hours of the lead's last message, and an approved template after that.
