# See what's booking calls while the month can still change.

Revenue, funnel, objections, and response-time health on one screen, updated as leads move. You see what's working before the month ends.

- Per-channel breakdowns
- On every plan

## From live data to a business you can steer.

The setup is the same channel connection you already made. The dashboard does the rest from your real data.

1. **Connect a channel** (you). The same connection that starts drafting replies starts feeding the dashboard. No separate setup, no spreadsheets to import.
2. **It builds the picture** (Luca). Funnel, revenue, objections, and response-time health assemble from your live conversations as leads move.
3. **It points at what matters** (Luca). The objection trending up, the channel underperforming, the hot lead gone silent -- surfaced as proposals, not buried in charts.
4. **You act while it's actionable** (you). Fix the reply, shift the channel, start the follow-up. The dashboard is the month-end review that arrives early enough to matter.

## The numbers behind the booked week.

Coaches who sell in the DMs run on feel until the month ends. Analytics makes the feel measurable -- revenue, funnel, objections, and speed -- so the fixes are obvious before the month is over.

### Your business on one screen

Revenue and pipeline value, the funnel from new lead to booked call, and the health of each stage, updated from your live data as leads move. The month-end spreadsheet becomes a screen you open with your coffee. Another way to reach the same number is to

- Revenue, pipeline, and funnel in one view
- Live numbers, not monthly exports
- Updated as leads move through

### See where leads stall

The funnel shows exactly which stage loses the most leads -- the qualifying question, the price answer, the booking step. That's the difference between 'bookings are down' and 'they stall after the price question.'

- Stage-by-stage funnel, per channel
- Spot the step that costs you bookings
- Breakdowns by objection and by channel

### Speed, measured honestly

The response-time panel shows how fast leads get answered against the pace that converts. Speed is one of the few variables you control directly, and now it's a number instead of a guess.

- Real response times
- Where speed is winning and losing
- The metric most tied to reply-to-call conversion

### Insights that ask to be acted on

Luca surfaces what it noticed: an objection trending up, a hot lead gone silent, a channel underperforming. You adopt the proposal with one tap, or leave it. Your gut gets a data-backed second opinion.

- Objection breakdowns you can act on
- Adopt-or-leave learning proposals
- The question your gut asks, answered with data

## Three ways the numbers change the week.

Each one is a pattern a month-end spreadsheet finds too late. Analytics finds them in time to act.

### The week-two dip

Bookings are down and you can't tell why from day to day.

The funnel shows leads stalling after the price question this week. One objection is up 40%. You fix the reply, not the pricing, and bookings recover by week four.

### The silent channel

You've been posting on Instagram but WhatsApp is where the money's always been.

The channel breakdown shows Instagram drives volume and WhatsApp drives bookings -- and the response-time panel shows WhatsApp leads answer in minutes, not hours. You know exactly where to spend the week.

### The hot lead gone quiet

A qualified lead stopped replying and nobody's watching the thread.

The learning proposal flags it: hot lead, silent five days. One tap starts the follow-up, and the thread comes back to life while it's still warm.

## Feeling it vs. seeing it.

'Bookings feel off this month' is a real sentence coaches say. Here's what it costs to leave it there.

### Going on feel

- The month ends before the pattern shows. Bookings dipped in week two, but the spreadsheet lands in week five -- after three more weeks of the same.
- The fix is a guess about the cause. Was it the pricing, the follow-up pace, or the channel? Without a funnel you're guessing at all three at once.
- What's working stays invisible. The channel that books calls and the objection you're losing money on are both hidden in the same busy inbox.

### Seeing it

- The pattern shows while there's time. Leads stalling after the price question shows up in week two, not the month after -- when a pricing fix still matters.
- The cause has a screen. The funnel names the stage, the objection panel names the objection, the channel view names the channel. One screen, three answers.
- Winners and leaks are both visible. The channel that books calls is obvious, and so is the one that only talks -- before you spend another month on it.

## Every panel, and the question it exists to answer.

A dashboard is only useful if each number is attached to a decision. This is what the dashboard holds and what each part is for.

| Panel | The question it answers | What it reads |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Funnel | Where do leads stop? | Lead counts at every stage, over the window you pick |
| Reply speed | Does answering faster actually book more? | Booking rate on fast first replies against slow ones |
| Ghosted leads | Who went quiet, and did any come back? | Ghost counts, recovery rate, and the patterns that precede a ghost |
| Trust score | Can auto-send be turned on yet? | How often you approve, edit, or reject a draft |
| Loss reasons | Why are we losing the ones we lose? | Per-lead loss analyses, grouped into categories |
| Revenue | Is this paying for itself? | Revenue on the leads Luca worked, next to what your plan costs |
| Forecast | What is realistically still open? | The leads and bookings live right now, as a snapshot |
| Trends | Is this week better than the last twelve? | The stored weekly rollup, as a series |
| Recommendations | What should I change this week? | One action at a time, with the evidence behind it |

Funnel and performance data break down by channel, so Instagram and WhatsApp are never averaged into one number.

## The numbers that decide something.

Most of the dashboard is there to be read. Four parts of it change what Luca is allowed to do, or answer a question a chart cannot.

### What is the trust score for?

It is the gate on auto-send. Luca tracks how often you approve a draft as written, edit it, or throw it away, and that record is what decides whether sending on its own is available yet. You cannot skip past it by flipping a switch.

### How is revenue attributed to Luca?

By the leads it worked. A booking that came out of a conversation Luca handled counts toward the figure, and that figure sits next to what your plan costs for the same period. The comparison is the point, not the number on its own.

### Why is the forecast a snapshot rather than a line?

Because it is built from what is open right now. Leads still in conversation, calls still on the calendar, deals not yet won or lost. That moves hour to hour, so drawing it as a trend would suggest a precision the pipeline behind it does not have.

### Am I compared against other coaches?

Only if you opt in. Benchmarks are off until you turn them on, and you can withdraw later. Even then, what leaves your account is a contribution to a cohort average. No other coach sees your leads, your messages, or your revenue.

## The details, for people who want them.

What the dashboard measures, where the data comes from, and what you can do with it.

- **Funnel.** Stage-by-stage from new lead to booked call, per channel, showing where leads stall.
- **Revenue.** Pipeline value and booked revenue from your live account data, not a monthly export.
- **Objections.** Which objection comes up most and where it costs you bookings.
- **Response time.** How fast leads get answered against the pace that converts -- per channel.
- **Learning proposals.** Patterns Luca noticed, adopted with one tap or left: drops, risks, and opportunities.
- **Data source.** Your own conversations, leads, bookings, and revenue events. No third-party guesses.
- **Niche benchmarks.** Opt in to compare your numbers against anonymized coaches in your niche, from the Benchmarks tab. It turns on once at least 10 coaches in that niche have opted in.
- **Alerts.** In-app alerts and a weekly digest email, each kind switchable on its own with a numeric threshold you set.
- **Plans.** Included on every plan. What changes between plans is how many messages a month you get, plus what Starter leaves out: Voice tuned weekly from your newest DMs and Follow-ups that win back ghosted leads. All four channels are on every plan.

## Questions

### Is this just charts, or does it tell me what to do?

Both. The charts are ground truth: revenue, funnel, and response time, pulled from your live account. Around them, Luca points at what's worth acting on -- an objection trending up, a channel underperforming, a hot lead gone quiet. You adopt the proposal with one tap, or leave it.

### Can it tell me why bookings dropped, not just that they did?

Mostly. The funnel names the stage where leads stall, and the objection panel names what's coming up more often that week. That narrows a vague "bookings are off" into a stage and an objection -- turning that into the fix is still your call.

### Is this pulling my real numbers, live?

Yes. Revenue, pipeline, and funnel data update from your own conversations, leads, and bookings as they happen -- a live view of your business inside Luca, not a monthly export or a demo.

### Are my numbers shared with other coaches?

Only if you opt in. Niche benchmarks compare your numbers against anonymized coaches in your niche, and the comparison only turns on once at least 10 coaches in that niche have opted in too. It's off by default, and you can switch it back off.

### Which plans include analytics?

Included on every plan. What changes between plans is how many messages a month you get, plus what Starter leaves out: Voice tuned weekly from your newest DMs and Follow-ups that win back ghosted leads. All four channels are on every plan.
