Luca is the AI setter for online coaches, built by a small team. There is no support tier, no ticket queue, and no chatbot in front of us. Email is the way in, and Leonardo Maldonado reads it.

## One address, read by a person

**hello@setluca.com** -- one address for support, sales, privacy, security, and press. Say what you are writing about in the subject line and it gets to the right person faster than a form would.

## What to say, and what we will do with it

- **You use Luca and something is wrong** (subject: "Support"). Send the coach account email and, if it is about one conversation, the lead's name and roughly when it happened. That is usually enough to find the thread and tell you what Luca did with it.
- **You are deciding whether to buy** (subject: "Fit check"). Ask about your niche, your channels, and how you sell. We will tell you where Luca fits and where it does not, which is a shorter conversation than a demo and more useful.
- **You want your data exported or deleted** (subject: "Privacy"). Say which account, and it gets done. What we hold and how long we hold it is set out in the privacy policy.
- **You found a security problem** (subject: "Security"). Write with the details and steps to reproduce. Report it to us first and give us time to fix it before you publish it anywhere else.
- **You are writing about us** (subject: "Press"). Ask for whatever you need to get the facts right, including a claim you want checked before it goes to print.
