# SetLuca vs Inro

Inro is an Instagram DM CRM with automations and an AI Agent, free for 100 active contacts and from EUR 12.99 a month on Pro, scaling with the contacts you activate. SetLuca is the alternative for coaches who sell beyond Instagram: replies the way you write, auto-sent unless you switch a channel to review, on Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger.

## What is Inro?

Inro is an Instagram DM CRM and automation tool for Business and Creator accounts. It keeps every contact you reach in a CRM, runs comment-to-DM and keyword automations, sends campaigns to segments, and includes an AI Agent that answers DMs. It works on Instagram only.

It is priced by active contacts. A contact counts once a campaign, segmentation, data enrichment, or automation touches it in a month; a DM you send by hand doesn't count, and the count resets every month. Prices are in euros, payments run through Stripe, and no plan carries a commitment.

## Inro pricing

Four plans, read from Inro's pricing page on 16 October 2026. Free costs nothing and needs no card. Pro starts at EUR 12.99 a month and grows with the contacts you activate. Annual Pro is a separate volume tier, not a discount on Pro, and Managed adds a success manager on top of the software.

Inro plans, as published on 16 October 2026:

| Plan | Price | Active contacts a month | AI Agent | Automations and campaigns |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | EUR 0 | 100 | 50 message credits | 3 automations, 3 campaigns |
| Pro, billed monthly | From EUR 12.99 a month | 500+, no cap | Included | Unlimited |
| Annual Pro | EUR 1,249 a year (was EUR 1,800) | Up to 10,000 | Included | Unlimited |
| Managed | From EUR 299 a month | Unlimited, fixed price | Included | Unlimited |

### How does Inro's auto-scaling billing work?

Pro billed monthly has no cap. Inro meters the contacts you activate each month and the price follows them, scaling back down in a quiet month. The floor is EUR 12.99 at around 500 contacts.

The schedule above that floor isn't published; Inro points you to a cost calculator instead. Working back from Annual Pro's 30% saving, EUR 1,249 a year at 10,000 contacts implies about EUR 149 a month billed monthly at that volume. That figure is our arithmetic, not Inro's.

Free (100 contacts), the 14-day Pro trial (1,000) and Annual Pro (10,000 a month) are capped. At the cap, automations and campaigns stop reaching new contacts until the month resets or you upgrade.

### What does Inro cost at three real volumes?

An illustrative coach runs comment-to-DM on Reels plus a weekly campaign. Priced from Inro's published figures, her quiet and steady months are cheap and certain. Her launch month is the one the pricing page can't price, so ask Inro for that number in writing before you budget.

One coach's Inro bill across three months:

| Month | Activated contacts | Plan | Bill |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Quiet | 85 | Free | EUR 0 |
| Steady | 480 | Pro, billed monthly | About EUR 12.99 |
| Launch | 3,100 | Pro, billed monthly | Above EUR 12.99, quoted through Inro's calculator |

## Inro for Instagram

Instagram is Inro's whole product. It works with Business and Creator accounts and covers DMs, comment replies, automations, and campaigns on that one channel, which is exactly what a creator whose audience lives there needs.

A lead who moves to WhatsApp or writes to you on Telegram is outside it. SetLuca is live on Instagram, Telegram, and Messenger in one inbox, and WhatsApp is coming soon, so a coach whose leads arrive in more than one app gets them in one queue.

## The short version

- **Who sends the reply.** SetLuca: Auto-send is on by default, written the way you write and checked by a critic. Switch any channel to review. Inro: The AI Agent answers on Pro at no extra cost. Inro doesn't publish a review step before it sends.
- **What you pay for.** SetLuca: Replies, each counted with the DM it answers. The pools are sized for a 5-reply sales chat. Inro: Contacts your automations activate each month. Pro has no cap, and its price follows them.
- **Channels.** SetLuca: Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger: Live; WhatsApp: Coming soon. Inro: One: Instagram only.
- **Price.** SetLuca: $99 a month for 1,250 replies, every one written the way you write. Inro: From EUR 12.99 a month for Pro, by far the cheapest paid plan in this category.
- **What happens at the limit.** SetLuca: Extra volume is $29 per 500 replies, any plan. Inro: Pro's price climbs with activations, at a rate only Inro's calculator shows. Free and Annual Pro pause at their cap.

## How each one counts usage

- SetLuca: A reply is one message SetLuca sends together with the DM it answers, so each reply uses 2 messages of the pool. Extra DMs a lead sends before SetLuca answers draw from the same pool.
- Inro: One active contact is one person a campaign, segmentation, enrichment, or automation touched this month. Manual DMs don't count, and the count resets monthly. The AI Agent is included on Pro and Annual Pro; Free carries 50 message credits.
- An active contact and a reply don't convert. A lead who triggers one automation costs Inro one active contact; a lead who spends 5 replies deciding costs SetLuca 5 replies and Inro the same one contact. So each vendor gets its own table, with SetLuca's pools also shown as conversations. Inro lists its prices in euros, and this page doesn't convert them, because the exchange rate moves and the number that matters is the one on each vendor's own invoice.

## What each plan costs

- SetLuca Starter: $99/month, 1,250 replies, about 250 conversations at 5 replies each.
- SetLuca Pro: $249/month, 4,000 replies, about 800 conversations at 5 replies each.
- SetLuca Scale: $499/month, 8,500 replies, about 1,700 conversations at 5 replies each.
- Inro Free: EUR 0/month, 100 active contacts. Past that: Activations pause.
- Inro Pro: EUR 12.99/month, 500 active contacts. Past that: Price scales with activations.
- Inro Pro Annual: EUR 104.08/month, 10,000 active contacts. Past that: Activations pause at the cap.
- Inro Managed: EUR 299/month, unlimited active contacts. Past that: Fixed price.

Per active contact, Inro is the cheapest tool in this comparison by a wide margin. EUR 12.99 a month is not a real price to weigh against SetLuca's $99, because the two buy different work. An Inro contact is someone your automations reached. A SetLuca reply is a message written the way you write, sent on its own unless you switch the channel to review, and Starter is sized for about 250 real sales conversations a month. Coaches running a triggered automation, not a sales conversation, will find Inro's price hard to beat.

SetLuca sells another 500 replies for $29 on any plan. Inro charges for more of its own unit at the rate above, where it publishes one.

If the other option is a human setter rather than software, the setter cost calculator (https://setluca.com/tools/setter-cost-calculator) prices salary, commission, and management time against SetLuca's plans. For what an AI setter is and costs, see https://setluca.com/ai-setter.

## What SetLuca does better than Inro

- **Three channels live, WhatsApp coming soon.** Inro automates and stores Instagram contacts. SetLuca asks qualifying questions and books calls with Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger in one inbox.
- **Every reply the way you write, checked before it sends.** SetLuca learns the way you write from sample replies you provide, and a critic checks each reply before it sends. Switch any channel to review and its replies wait in your queue, ranked by how close the lead is to buying, until you approve them. Inro's AI Agent pages don't describe a check like this.
- **A published pool instead of a moving meter.** Inro Pro's price follows every contact your automations activate, at a schedule its page shows only through a calculator. SetLuca posts the number: $99 for 1,250 replies on Starter, and $29 for another 500, on any plan.
- **It reads like you wrote it.** SetLuca learns the way you write from sample replies you provide. Inro doesn't publish where its AI Agent's replies come from.
- **It chases the quiet lead, then stops.** Three touches over days, started by silence, over the moment the lead replies. Inro's pages describe automations, not a cadence built for a conversation that stalls.
- **Call summary on the lead.** Mark the call done and SetLuca saves the summary on the lead. HubSpot and GoHighLevel connections are in progress. Inro is itself a CRM but doesn't publish a write-back to either.

## What Inro does better than SetLuca

- **By far the cheapest paid plan here.** Pro starts at EUR 12.99 a month for 500+ active contacts, a fraction of SetLuca's $99 entry price. For a coach whose whole business is Instagram DMs and who wants to write the replies themselves, nothing SetLuca sells competes on price.
- **A real free plan, no card.** 100 active contacts a month, unlimited stored CRM contacts, three automations, three campaigns, and 50 AI Agent message credits, with no trial clock and no card. Pro adds a 14-day trial on top.
- **A meter that scales back down.** Pro's price follows the contacts you activate, so a quiet month costs less than a launch month. A coach with an uneven calendar pays for the months that were busy, not for a tier sized to the busiest one.
- **Unlimited stored contacts, on every plan.** Inro's CRM keeps every contact you've ever reached, even past this month's active-contact limit. Only the activations stop; the history doesn't disappear.
- **Make and Zapier reach a large app list.** Inro says Make and Zapier connect it to 8,000+ platforms. SetLuca connects other tools through signed webhooks and its REST API, a narrower door for a coach who doesn't write code.

## Pick SetLuca if

- Leads already write to you and the qualifying and booking is what eats your evenings.
- Your leads write to you on Telegram, not only Instagram.
- You want the reply to read like you wrote it, with a review switch on any channel.
- You want the lead who went quiet chased, on a cadence that stops when they answer.
- You'd rather budget against a published reply pool than a meter that climbs with every Reel.

## Pick Inro if

- Your whole business runs through Instagram DMs and nowhere else.
- You want an Instagram CRM with unlimited stored contacts for a low monthly price.
- You'll write the replies yourself and want automations and campaigns around them.
- You're testing whether DM tools help at all, and want to start at EUR 0.
- Make, Zapier, or a webhook is already how you wire your stack together.

## Moving over from Inro

1. **Keep Inro for the CRM, if you like it.** The two don't fight over Instagram. Some coaches keep Inro as the contact record and let SetLuca handle what the lead writes back.
2. **Connect your channels.** Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger connect through their official APIs; WhatsApp is coming soon. No scraping, no password.
3. **Seed your writing style with sample replies.** Paste a few replies you have already written so SetLuca can build an editable writing-style profile. SetLuca starts with new messages after connection; old conversations are not brought into the inbox.
4. **Point your calendar at SetLuca.** Calendly, Cal.com, and Google Calendar connect, or use a manual booking link.

## Other Inro alternatives

Prices and features below were not normalized the way Inro's were. This is the rest of the shortlist, not a second comparison.

- **Manychat** (https://setluca.com/blog/manychat-review): A chat automation tool. Comment-to-DM, keyword flows, and broadcasts across Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, Telegram, SMS, and email. Best for: Coaches whose bottleneck is starting the chat, on more channels than Inro reads.
- **LinkDM** (https://setluca.com/comparison/linkdm): A link-in-bio and Instagram DM automation tool built around comment triggers. Best for: Coaches who want a link-in-bio page and DM automation from the same vendor.
- **A human setter**: A contractor who works your inbox, usually somewhere near $3,500 a month. Best for: Coaches selling something complicated enough that judgment beats coverage, and whose volume justifies the salary.

## FAQ

### What is Inro?

Inro is an Instagram DM CRM and automation tool for Business and Creator accounts. It works on Instagram only and is priced by the contacts your automations activate each month, billed in euros.

### How much does Inro cost?

Free covers 100 active contacts a month. Pro starts at EUR 12.99 a month for 500+ and scales with the contacts you activate, with no cap. Annual Pro is EUR 1,249 a year for up to 10,000 a month, and Managed starts at EUR 299 a month. These prices were read from Inro's pricing page on 16 October 2026.

### Does Inro work with WhatsApp or Telegram?

No. Inro is built for Instagram Business and Creator accounts only, so a lead who moves to WhatsApp or writes to you on Telegram is outside it. SetLuca reads Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger; WhatsApp is coming soon. Lead memory comes on every plan.

### Is Inro a CRM?

Yes, at heart. Inro keeps every contact you have reached in a CRM, with no storage limit on any plan, and you pay only for the contacts your automations activate that month. Its automations, campaigns, and AI Agent run on top of that record. SetLuca isn't a CRM: it writes the replies and books the call.

### What is the best Inro alternative for coaches?

SetLuca, if you sell beyond Instagram or want the reply written for you. It drafts each reply the way you write from sample replies you provide and checks it with a critic. Auto-send is on by default, and you can switch any channel to review. Plans start at $99 a month for 1,250 replies, live on Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger.
