---# ZeroChats Review (2026): First Honest Look at EUR 497/mo

> ZeroChats is a fully automated AI setter for Instagram, aimed at fitness coaches and sold at one price: EUR 497/mo with 2,000 chats included. We rate it 2.8/5 on published evidence alone. The five-day free trial is real and card-free, the feature list is focused, but the price is steep, WhatsApp costs extra, and almost nothing about the company can be verified. Take the trial before you believe anyone, including us.

## Key takeaways

- ZeroChats sells one visible plan: EUR 497/mo with 2,000 chats included, plus a custom-priced annual tier and WhatsApp as a paid add-on (zerochats.com/en, retrieved 2026-08-14).
- The five-day free trial requires no credit card, which is better trial access than most tools at this price.
- The site publishes no legal pages, company details, founder names, or documentation that we could find, and its performance multipliers carry no methodology.
- At EUR 497/mo, ZeroChats costs about five times Luca's Starter plan and matches Setter AI's $497 entry price; SetSmart starts at $25.
- Our verdict is 2.8/5, scored conservatively on what's verifiable. Only the trial can score the part that matters most: how the AI actually converses.

As far as we can tell, this is the first ZeroChats review published anywhere. We searched in mid-August 2026 and found no coverage to check ours against, and no G2 or Capterra profile. That cuts both ways. You get a first look with no affiliate spin, and we get no second opinion to lean on.

So the sourcing is strict. We build Luca, an AI DM setter that competes with ZeroChats for the same coaches, and this review is research-based: every claim below comes from ZeroChats' own site, read closely on August 14, 2026, with the gaps named as gaps. Where we can't know something without running the product, we say so.

## How did we evaluate ZeroChats?

The disclosure first: **Luca is our product, and it competes with ZeroChats.** Both sell AI setting to coaches who close in the DMs. Read everything here knowing that, and check anything you doubt against the sources at the bottom.

The second disclosure matters just as much: **we haven't run ZeroChats on a live account.** This is a research-based review. Every fact comes from zerochats.com, in English and Spanish, retrieved on August 14, 2026. Nothing in this post describes an experience we didn't have.

The rating uses a stated rubric of five criteria at equal weight, scored only on published evidence: feature scope as documented, pricing and value, transparency, trial access, and channel coverage. Conversation quality, the thing you'd most want scored, is deliberately absent, because we can't measure it from a landing page and won't pretend to.

## What is ZeroChats and who is it built for?

ZeroChats is an AI appointment setter for Instagram DMs. Its pitch is full replacement: the hero text reads "Replace your setters with Artificial Intelligence," and the system qualifies leads, handles objections, nurtures with follow-ups, and books calls without a human touching the thread. If that category is new to you, our explainer on [what an AI DM setter is](/blog/what-is-an-ai-dm-setter) covers the basics.

The target customer is specific, and it's the site's clearest strength. ZeroChats speaks to fitness coaches, nutritionists, and trainers selling on Instagram, with course creators second. The primary site is in Spanish, with an English version at /en, and the testimonials read Spain and Latin America. Our guide to [AI setters for fitness coaches](/blog/ai-setter-for-fitness-coaches) explains why that niche suits automation better than most.

On paper the feature list is credible for the category: specialised agents for sales, objections, and qualification, a conversation simulator, a built-in CRM, scheduled follow-ups, comment-to-lead capture, and weekly reports. The named integrations are Instagram through Meta's official API, WhatsApp, Calendly, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot. All of it is vendor description, not something we've operated.

## How much does ZeroChats cost in 2026?

One price: EUR 497 per month for the Business plan, which includes 2,000 chats, audio, image, and video handling, the simulator, the GoHighLevel integration, community and academy access, and advanced reports. WhatsApp accounts are paid add-ons on top, at a price the site doesn't publish. An annual plan exists at "custom pricing" with a dedicated account manager, done-for-you setup, 4,000 credits, and a 12-month price lock (zerochats.com/en, retrieved 2026-08-14).

The five-day free trial is the pricing page's best feature: no credit card, full access. At this price that's rare, and Setter AI, the closest cost peer, lists no free trial at all.

What the pricing doesn't tell you matters more. The site never defines a "chat": one conversation, one message, or one contact. It doesn't publish an overage rate for chat 2,001, the WhatsApp add-on price, cancellation terms, or whether EUR 497 is month-to-month. EUR 497 is also more than $500 a month at any recent exchange rate, before add-ons. None of this makes the price wrong, but it leaves the price unfinished, and every missing term is a question to ask in writing before you pay.

## How does EUR 497 compare with the alternatives?

ZeroChats enters at the very top of the price range for DM automation, matched only by Setter AI. Every figure below was read from the vendor's own pricing page in August 2026.

| Tool | Entry price (monthly) | Included at entry | Channels | Human review by default | Free trial |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **ZeroChats** | EUR 497/mo | 2,000 chats | Instagram (WhatsApp paid add-on) | No, override optional | 5 days, no card |
| **Setter AI** | $497/mo (Starter) | 500 credits | WhatsApp, SMS, web forms | No | Not listed |
| **Luca** | $99/mo (Starter; $249 Pro, $499 Scale) | 300 conversations, 1 channel | Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger from Pro | Yes, auto-send off by default | Yes |
| **SetSmart** | $25/mo (Light; Pro $97) | 250 AI messages | Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger | No | 7 days on Pro and above |
| **ManyChat** | $17/mo (Essential) | 250 Active Contacts | Up to 7 channels by plan | N/A, flow builder | 14 days |

Two caveats keep the table honest. ManyChat builds scripted flows rather than sales conversations, so it sits here as a price anchor rather than a substitute; our full [ManyChat review](/blog/manychat-review) explains the difference. And included units aren't comparable across rows: a ZeroChats "chat" is undefined, a SetSmart message is one AI reply, a Luca conversation is a whole thread, so 2,000 chats could be generous or thin depending on the definition.

The fairer comparison for a EUR 497 budget is a human setter, since replacement is ZeroChats' own pitch. Commission-based human setters typically cost several times that once they're paid on what they close, which our breakdown of [what an appointment setter costs](/blog/how-much-does-an-appointment-setter-cost) walks through. Against a human, EUR 497 flat is cheap. Against the software category it claims to sit in, it's the ceiling.

## What can you verify about ZeroChats, and what can't you?

Less than you'd want. The site publishes no terms of service, no privacy policy we could locate, no company registration, no address, and no founder or team names, in either language. There's no blog, no documentation, no changelog, and no presence on review platforms. The booking widget for its own sales calls runs on GoHighLevel, which suggests the GHL integration is real infrastructure rather than a logo.

The marketing numbers are loud and unanchored. The homepage shows a counter of 27,493,636 messages processed, plus booking-rate multipliers, none with a time window, sample, or method attached. We treat those the way we'd want our own marketing treated: as claims, not evidence. It's the same reason this blog publishes no Luca performance numbers, only what the product does and what it costs.

To be fair about what this thinness means: an unknown company is not the same as a bad product. Plenty of young tools ship before they write legal pages, and a Spanish-first team has little reason to court English review sites. But you are being asked for roughly EUR 6,000 a year by a vendor you cannot look up. That asymmetry belongs in the score, and it's the main reason ours is conservative.

## What would only a trial tell you?

The whole middle of the product. A landing page can't show you how the AI handles "I've been burned by two online coaches already," whether its objection agent pushes when it should hold back, or whether follow-ups read as care or as nagging. Those conversations are the product.

Specifically, published pages leave us unable to evaluate: reply quality in English versus Spanish, latency and pacing, how the qualification agent orders its questions, how the manual override behaves mid-conversation, whether the AI discloses it's an AI when asked, and what support responds like after you've paid. A review that scored those from screenshots would be fiction. Ours leaves them unscored, which is why the trial section below exists.

## ZeroChats pros and cons

**Pros**

- Five-day free trial with no credit card, unusually good access at this price
- Sharp focus on fitness coaches and Instagram DM sales, with the feature list to match
- Uses Meta's official API for Instagram rather than browser automation, per the site
- Calendly, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot integrations named, with GHL visibly used in-house
- Conversation simulator lets you test the AI before it touches real leads
- Flat price with a clear included-chat allowance, no per-contact meter

**Cons**

- EUR 497/mo is the joint-highest entry price in the category, and WhatsApp costs extra
- "Chat" is undefined, and overage, add-on, and cancellation terms are unpublished
- No legal pages, company details, docs, or independent reviews to check
- Homepage statistics carry no methodology and can't be verified
- Fully automated by design; no review-first mode for coaches who approve replies
- Spanish-first product, and English-language support quality is unknown

## ZeroChats review verdict: 2.8 out of 5

**★★★☆☆ 2.8/5**, scored on published evidence only. The rubric from our methodology section:

| Criterion | Score /5 |
| --- | --- |
| Documented feature scope | 3.5 |
| Pricing and value at EUR 497/mo | 2.5 |
| Transparency and verifiability | 1.5 |
| Trial access and time-to-start | 4.0 |
| Channel coverage | 2.5 |
| **Overall (equal weights)** | **2.8** |

Feature scope scores well because the documented list covers what the job needs, from multi-agent qualification to a simulator, though it's all vendor-described. Trial access is the standout: card-free and full-featured, with a claimed sub-15-minute setup. Pricing loses points for the undefined chat unit and unpublished terms rather than the number itself. Transparency is the anchor dragging the score down: a company you can't identify making claims you can't check. Channel coverage is Instagram plus paid WhatsApp, with no Telegram or Messenger mentioned.

Read the 2.8 as a research score with the biggest criterion missing, not a verdict on how well the AI sells. A strong trial week could reasonably move your personal score a full point in either direction.

## Who should consider ZeroChats?

A narrower group than the homepage suggests, and a real one.

**Consider it if you're a Spanish-speaking fitness coach or nutritionist selling on Instagram at volume.** That's who the product is visibly built for, and the community and academy likely run in the founders' first language. If your inbox sees hundreds of DMs a month and you want them handled end to end, the trial costs you nothing but five days.

**Consider it if you already run GoHighLevel.** ZeroChats integrates with GHL and runs its own booking on it, so the plumbing between DM and calendar should be short. Calendly and HubSpot users get the same logic, on the site's word.

**Look elsewhere if you approve your own replies.** ZeroChats is built to replace the setter, with an override for exceptions. A coach who wants every message reviewed before it sends is fighting the product's design, which is the split we cover in [hiring a setter versus using AI](/blog/hire-a-setter-vs-ai). And if EUR 497 is a stretch, the category has serious tools at a fifth of the price; our roundup of the [best AI DM setters](/blog/best-ai-dm-setter) compares them, ours included.

## A worked example: Marta's math at EUR 497 a month

Illustrative composite, not a real client. Marta is an online fitness coach selling a EUR 1,200 twelve-week program, with about 350 inbound Instagram DMs a month from Reels and story replies.

**The allowance.** If a "chat" means a conversation, 350 sits far inside 2,000. If it means a message, a typical four-reply thread makes 1,400, still inside but close enough that one strong launch month breaks the ceiling. Same inbox, two different answers, and only ZeroChats can tell her which meter she's on.

**The break-even.** At EUR 497 a month, ZeroChats costs EUR 5,964 a year. Against a EUR 1,200 program, that's five clients a year the tool must book that Marta wouldn't have closed herself, before it earns anything. On Luca's Pro plan at $249, the yearly bill is $2,988, and the same test needs about two and a half attributed clients. SetSmart's Pro tier at $97 needs one.

**The unpriced parts.** Marta closes about a third of her sales on WhatsApp, which for ZeroChats is a paid add-on without a listed price. Her real comparison is EUR 497 plus an unknown add-on, against tools that publish the whole bill. That's the arithmetic the trial week should finish.

## What should you test in the five-day trial?

Treat the trial as an audit, since the public pages can't be one, and go in with a list.

| What to test | How | Red flag |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Objection handling | Feed the simulator your three most common objections, in your words | Generic reassurance instead of a question back |
| The chat meter | Ask support to define a "chat" and show the usage counter | No clear answer in writing |
| Disclosure | Have a friend ask the AI directly if it's a bot | The AI denies being AI |
| English support | Send a pre-sales question in English, time the reply | Days of silence or Spanish-only responses |
| Booking accuracy | Run a test lead through to a Calendly booking, wrong timezone included | Calls landing at the wrong hour |
| The exit | Ask for cancellation terms and the WhatsApp add-on price before day five | Terms only available after payment |

Spend most of your attention on the objection test. Our list of [lead qualification questions for coaches](/blog/lead-qualification-questions-for-coaches) doubles as a script for testing anyone's AI, including ours.

## Which edge cases should you plan for?

**The English-speaking coach.** The product is Spanish-first, and the English site is a translation of unknown depth. Community, academy, and support may all run in Spanish, so verify every touchpoint in English during the trial, not after.

**The WhatsApp-dependent funnel.** WhatsApp is an add-on with no listed price, and WhatsApp's own rules add a constraint no vendor can remove: Meta's 24-hour customer service window limits when a business can send free-form messages. Ask how ZeroChats handles the window before moving your best channel there.

**The month you outgrow 2,000 chats.** No overage rate is published. Your options at chat 2,001, and their cost, are undefined, and a launch month is the worst time to find out. Get the answer in writing first.

**The exit.** With no visible terms of service, you're relying on whatever the checkout flow says about renewal and cancellation, so screenshot it. Running on Meta's official API keeps the [Instagram DM automation](/blog/is-instagram-dm-automation-safe) side safe; contract risk is separate, and this contract is invisible until you're in it.

## What mistakes do buyers make with a tool like this?

Three repeat constantly with thin-site vendors, and a fourth is specific to this category.

**Reading the multipliers as benchmarks.** A 2.5x booking-rate claim with no baseline, window, or sample size is an ad. Nothing on the site lets you check it, so plan your economics as if the lift were modest, then be pleasantly surprised.

**Skipping the trial and negotiating annual.** The custom-priced annual plan adds an account manager and locked pricing, which reads as appealing exactly when you should be slowest. Five free days exist. Use all five before any twelve-month conversation.

**Assuming 2,000 chats means 2,000 leads.** Until the unit is defined in writing, budget as if it were messages, the least generous reading. If it turns out to be conversations, your math only improves.

**Handing full automation your highest-ticket threads on day one.** Whatever tool you pick, read transcripts weekly at minimum. An unreviewed wrong answer to a EUR 1,200 lead costs more than the subscription, and with auto-send on, you find out late.

## The decision criteria: trial it, pick an alternative, or pass

**Take the trial** if you're in the bullseye: a Spanish-speaking fitness or nutrition coach on Instagram, hundreds of inbound DMs a month, comfortable with full automation, and able to carry EUR 497 monthly without flinching. Firsthand evidence beats this review.

**Pick an alternative** if any single condition fails. Need Telegram or Messenger, or approval before replies send: that's the review-first category Luca sits in. Need the lowest price for hands-off booking: SetSmart starts at $25. Capturing commenters rather than closing: a flow tool is cheaper. The [complete guide to AI setters](/ai-setter) maps the whole field.

**Pass entirely** if unpublished terms are a dealbreaker for you on principle, or your volume is small enough to answer personally within the hour. At low volume, personal replies beat any software.

## One honest limit

Two, in this case. The first is ours as a reviewer: we haven't run ZeroChats, and this review can't tell you the one thing that decides the purchase, which is whether its AI can hold a real sales conversation with your leads. The rubric scores what's public. The trial scores the product. Don't let the first substitute for the second.

The second limit is ours as a competitor. ZeroChats ships comment-to-lead capture and a full-replacement model that some high-volume coaches genuinely want, and Luca deliberately does neither: we're reply-only, human-paced, with auto-send off by default because we think the coach should stay the closer. If you've decided you want the setter fully replaced, ZeroChats' design matches your goal better than ours does. And whichever way you go, no AI reads a hesitant, half-decided lead the way a good human does. Keep yourself in the conversations that pay for everything else.

If EUR 497 a month made you check the category's other price tags, flat review-first plans from $99 are on [Luca's pricing](/pricing) page.

## FAQ

### What is ZeroChats?

ZeroChats is an AI appointment setter for Instagram DMs, aimed mainly at fitness coaches, nutritionists, and trainers. It qualifies leads, handles objections, sends follow-ups, and books calls automatically, with a manual override. The company is Spanish-first, with an English version of its site at zerochats.com/en.

### How much does ZeroChats cost?

ZeroChats lists one plan: EUR 497 per month, including 2,000 chats, a conversation simulator, GoHighLevel integration, and reports. WhatsApp accounts are paid add-ons at unlisted prices, and a custom-priced annual plan adds setup and support. Overage and cancellation terms aren't published (retrieved August 2026).

### Does ZeroChats have a free trial?

Yes. ZeroChats offers a five-day free trial with no credit card required and full access to the product. That's stronger trial access than most tools near its price, and the only way to evaluate its conversation quality, which no published page demonstrates.

### Is ZeroChats legit?

Unclear from public evidence. The product and its Meta API integration appear real, but the site publishes no company details, legal pages, or documentation, and we found no independent reviews as of August 2026. The card-free trial lets you verify the product yourself before paying anything.

### What channels does ZeroChats support?

Instagram is the core channel, connected through Meta's official API according to the site. WhatsApp is available as a paid add-on rather than included. Telegram and Facebook Messenger aren't mentioned anywhere on the site. Calendly, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot are the named integrations.

### Does ZeroChats work in English?

The site offers an English version, but the product is Spanish-first and its testimonials come from Spanish-speaking coaches. Whether the AI, community, academy, and support perform equally well in English isn't documented, so English-speaking coaches should test every touchpoint during the free trial.

### What are the best ZeroChats alternatives?

It depends on budget and control. Setter AI is the closest price peer at $497/mo. Luca runs $99 to $499 with a review queue and four channels. SetSmart starts at $25/mo for fully automated booking. ManyChat, from $17/mo, suits capture flows rather than sales conversations.
