---# Inro Pricing (2026): Every Tier, Explained

> Inro pricing runs from a genuinely useful free plan (100 active contacts a month) to a Pro plan starting at EUR 12.99/mo that auto-scales with the contacts you activate, an annual plan at EUR 1,249/yr for 10k+ contacts, and a Managed tier from EUR 200/mo. It's Instagram-only and billed in euros. The entry price is real; the scaling schedule is the part to pin down.

## Key takeaways

- Inro's Free plan includes 100 active contacts a month, 3 automations, 3 campaigns, and 50 AI agent credits, with no card required (inro.social/pricing, retrieved 2026-08-14).
- Pro starts at EUR 12.99/mo for 500+ active contacts and auto-scales with usage. The full contact-to-price schedule isn't published.
- The annual Pro plan costs EUR 1,249/yr for 10k+ contacts and is marketed as saving 30% against monthly billing.
- Inro is Instagram-only. WhatsApp, Telegram, and Messenger leads need a second tool, which changes the real cost comparison.
- Billing runs in euros through Stripe, with no engagement commitment on any subscription.

This is an Inro pricing teardown, not a full product review: what each tier costs, what the auto-scaling meter actually counts, and what the bill looks like at three real volumes. Inrō styles its name with a macron; we'll write Inro from here for readability.

One disclosure before the numbers. We build Luca, an [AI DM setter](/blog/what-is-an-ai-dm-setter) that competes with Inro for some of the same coaches. Every figure below was read off Inro's own pricing page and homepage in August 2026, with retrieval dates in the Sources block, so you can check each one yourself.

## How did we evaluate Inro's pricing?

The ground rule: vendor pages only, dated. Every price, cap, and feature below comes from inro.social's pricing page and homepage, retrieved on 2026-08-14, and every rival price in the comparison table was checked against that vendor's own page on the same day. Nothing comes from affiliate roundups or from memory.

The second rule: where Inro doesn't publish a number, we say so instead of guessing. The biggest gap is the auto-scaling schedule, the price you'd pay at 2,000 or 5,000 contacts. We show you how to bracket it from the two anchors Inro does publish, and we label that arithmetic as ours.

And the bias, named plainly: Luca costs more than Inro at entry, so we have every incentive to make EUR 12.99 look like a trap. It isn't one. Where Inro is the better buy, this page says so.

## What are Inro's pricing tiers in 2026?

Four tiers: Free, Pro billed monthly, Pro billed annually, and a Managed account. All prices are in euros.

| Plan | Price | Active contacts/mo | Automations | Campaigns | Team | Support |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | EUR 0 | 100 | 3 active | 3/mo | 1 | Chat & email, 3 business days |
| Pro (monthly) | From EUR 12.99/mo, auto-scales | 500+ | Unlimited | Unlimited | Up to 10 | Chat & email, 1 business day |
| Pro (annual) | EUR 1,249/yr, "save 30%" | 10k+ | Unlimited | Unlimited | Up to 10 | Chat & email, 1 business day |
| Managed | From EUR 200/mo, billed annually | Unlimited, fixed price | Unlimited | Unlimited | Custom | Success manager, same-day |

The Pro plan carries a 14-day free trial, the Free plan needs no credit card, and Inro states there's no engagement commitment on any subscription. Payments run through Stripe.

## What does each Inro plan include, in plain English?

### Free: a real starter, not a demo

The Free plan is the most generous entry point in this category. You get 100 active contacts a month, 3 live automations, 3 campaigns, 50 AI agent credits, and 1 seat. The limits that push you upward are the automation and campaign caps, not the contact count. The comparison table lists no integrations on Free, so Make and Zapier workflows wait for Pro.

### Pro monthly: the EUR 12.99 that moves

Pro removes the caps: unlimited automations and campaigns, the AI agent included at no extra cost, up to 10 team members, the integrations marketplace, and faster support. The price starts at EUR 12.99/mo at around 500 active contacts and rises with the contacts you activate. Think of EUR 12.99 as the floor of a meter, not the price of the plan.

### Pro annual: the volume anchor

EUR 1,249 a year buys the same Pro features sized for 10k+ active contacts a month, marketed as 30% cheaper than paying monthly. Even if you'd never buy it, this tier matters, because it's the only published clue to what the meter charges at volume.

### Managed: done-for-you, from EUR 200/mo

Managed accounts start at EUR 200/mo, billed annually, with custom pricing above that. You get unlimited contacts at a fixed price, custom integrations, funnel help, and a personal success manager. This is an agency-style service wrapped around the software.

## How does Inro's auto-scaling billing work?

You pay each month for the contacts you activate, and the system resizes itself. Inro's FAQ defines activation broadly: any campaign, segmentation, data enrichment, or automation contributes to activating a contact, while manual actions like sending a DM by hand don't count. The same FAQ says the system "automatically scales up or down based on your activity level," which is genuinely better than ManyChat's model, where nothing scales back down and payments can't be capped.

What the page doesn't publish is the schedule. You know the floor (EUR 12.99 at 500+ contacts) and one volume anchor (EUR 1,249/yr at 10k+). Work the 30% discount backwards and that annual anchor implies a monthly-billed rate near EUR 149/mo at the 10k level; that's our arithmetic, not Inro's page. Between 500 and 10,000 contacts, the price is a curve Inro asks you to request through its cost calculator form. Before you budget, get your number in writing.

## Which Inro plan does a coach actually need?

Match the tier to your stage, not to ambition.

**Under about 100 activated contacts a month:** the Free plan, full stop. That covers a coach posting steadily with one comment-to-DM funnel and a welcome automation, and it costs nothing while you learn what [Instagram DM automation for coaches](/blog/instagram-dm-automation-for-coaches) can carry. You'll feel the 3-automation cap before you feel the contact cap.

**Steady organic inbound, roughly 300 to 1,500 contacts:** Pro monthly. The unlimited automations matter more than the contact allowance, and the 14-day trial lets you watch a real month hit the meter before you commit.

**Consistent volume above a few thousand contacts:** price the annual plan against your trailing three months, and only after you've seen the monthly meter run. **Agencies and delegators:** the Managed tier from EUR 200/mo is the only version where someone else does the building.

## What does Inro cost at three real volumes?

Meet Marta, an illustrative composite: a mindset coach selling a EUR 1,800 eight-week program from an Instagram audience, running comment-to-DM on Reels plus a weekly campaign.

**Quiet month, 85 activated contacts.** The Free plan covers it. Bill: **EUR 0**. Her constraint is the 3-campaign cap, not the contact count.

**Steady month, 480 activated contacts.** That sits at Pro's entry band. Bill: about **EUR 12.99**. Nothing else in this category with an AI agent included comes close at that volume.

**Launch month, 3,100 activated contacts.** One Reel runs, and the comment funnel activates everyone who touches it. Here the published numbers stop. The floor says more than EUR 12.99; the annual anchor implies roughly EUR 149/mo at 10k contacts; 3,100 lands somewhere between, at a rate Inro quotes through its calculator. For scale: ManyChat Pro billed monthly would price that month at $39 plus 600 contacts of overage at $0.05, so $69. The lesson is the same one every metered tool teaches: budget off your best month and the anchor, never off the floor.

## What's included, and what costs extra?

The Pro price includes more than rivals bundle at entry. The AI agent that answers, qualifies, and follows up comes at no extra cost on Pro, where the Free plan meters it at 50 credits. Unlimited CRM contacts are included everywhere; you pay only for contacts you activate, which means storing an old audience is free until you message it.

The extras to watch sit outside the price. Billing is euro-only, so a US or UK coach pays the card's conversion rate and watches the price wobble with the exchange rate. Integrations beyond the marketplace, funnel optimization, and done-for-you setup all live in the Managed tier's custom pricing. And anything off Instagram isn't an add-on you can buy at any price, which brings us to the real cost question.

## What does Instagram-only actually cost you?

Inro covers one channel. It's built for Instagram Business and Creator accounts, and it holds Meta Tech Provider status there, but a lead who moves to WhatsApp or messages you on Telegram is invisible to it. If your audience genuinely lives on Instagram alone, that's not a flaw; you're paying for exactly the channel you use.

The cost appears when your funnel is wider than one app. Coaches who sell internationally usually find [WhatsApp and Instagram DMs](/blog/whatsapp-vs-instagram-dms) splitting the same audience, and a [multi-channel DM setup](/blog/multi-channel-dm-playbook) then needs a second subscription next to Inro. Priced from the same vendor pages: SetSmart covers Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger from $25/mo, ManyChat reaches up to seven channels with three included from its $29-to-$39 Pro tier, and Luca's $249 Pro covers Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Messenger in one flat rate. A "cheap" single-channel tool plus a second tool to catch the rest can cost more than one multi-channel price, so count the whole stack.

## How does Inro pricing compare with rivals?

Inro has the lowest credible entry price in the category, and the cheapest real free plan. The trade is one channel and an unpublished mid-range. Every figure is from the vendor's own page, retrieved 2026-08-14.

| Tool | Published price | What meters | Channels | Free trial |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Inro** | Free; Pro from EUR 12.99/mo; EUR 1,249/yr annual; Managed from EUR 200/mo | Activated contacts, auto-scaling | Instagram only | 14 days on Pro |
| **ManyChat** | Free; $17-$199/mo monthly ($14-$139 annual) | Active contacts + overage, no payment cap | Up to 7 (IG, TikTok, Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, email) | 14 days on paid plans |
| **SetSmart** | $25-$797/mo | AI messages, 250-15,000, plus top-ups | IG, WhatsApp, Messenger | 7 days on Pro and up |
| **Setter AI** | $497-$3,497/mo ($397-$2,997 billed yearly) | Credits, 500-5,000/mo | WhatsApp, SMS, web chat | None listed |
| **ZeroChats** | EUR 497/mo, one plan | 2,000 chats included | Instagram (WhatsApp is a paid add-on) | 5 days, card-free |
| **Luca** | $99 / $249 / $499 flat | Conversations: 300 / 1,500 / 5,000; top-ups $29 per 100 | IG, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger | See pricing page |

Read the meters, not just the prices. ManyChat bills reach and its overage has no cap, which our [ManyChat review](/blog/manychat-review) walks through in detail; the billing complaints coaches raise most are collected in our [ManyChat pros and cons](/blog/manychat-pros-and-cons). SetSmart bills every AI message, the steepest curve when conversations run long; the tier-by-tier detail is in our [SetSmart alternative](/blog/best-setsmart-alternative-for-coaches) breakdown. Setter AI and ZeroChats both start near EUR 500, a different league entirely, and our [ZeroChats review](/blog/zerochats-review) covers what that buys. Inro's meter is the friendliest of the usage models because it scales down, but it's also the only one where you can't compute your launch-month bill from the pricing page alone.

## How to read the quote: six checks before you pay

Metered pricing rewards the coach who asks before the invoice arrives. Before you put a card into Inro, or any tool on this page:

1. **Get the schedule at your volumes.** Ask what 1,000, 3,000, and 8,000 activated contacts cost per month, in writing. The calculator form exists for this.
2. **Confirm what activates a contact.** Campaigns, segmentation, enrichment, and automations all count; manual DMs don't. A campaign to your whole CRM list activates everyone it touches.
3. **Check the currency against your card.** Euro billing means your effective price moves with the exchange rate.
4. **Ask what happens at renewal on the annual plan.** EUR 1,249 is a year-long commitment to a volume estimate; confirm what happens if your volume halves.
5. **Trial with a real month.** Run the 14-day Pro trial across your posting schedule, not a quiet fortnight, so the meter reading means something.
6. **Price the whole stack.** If a second tool covers your other channels, add both bills before comparing against a multi-channel price. Our guide to [how much an appointment setter costs](/blog/how-much-does-an-appointment-setter-cost) covers the buy-versus-hire side of the same budget.

## Which edge cases should you plan for?

**The launch spike.** A Reel runs and thousands hit your comment funnel in a week. Every one becomes an activated contact, and your price scales up mid-month at a rate you may not have seen quoted. The scale-down works in your favor the following month, but the launch-month bill is the one to pre-check.

**The reactivated archive.** Unlimited CRM storage is free until you touch it. One "we're back" campaign to 4,000 dormant contacts activates 4,000 contacts. Segment first, then send.

**The exchange-rate month.** A US coach who budgeted a dollar figure can see the bill drift with the euro even when usage is flat. Small at EUR 12.99, noticeable at volume.

**The off-platform lead.** Someone finds you on Instagram and asks to continue on WhatsApp. Inro can't follow. Decide in advance whether those threads go to you, a second tool, or nowhere.

## Troubleshooting: when the bill surprises you

| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Bill is higher than EUR 12.99 | Auto-scaling passed the entry band; more contacts activated than you assumed | Check activated-contact count, cut automations that touch low-intent traffic, request the written schedule |
| Bill spiked after one send | A campaign activated a large dormant segment | Segment campaigns; remember manual DMs don't activate contacts, so handle small lists by hand |
| AI agent stopped answering on Free | The 50 AI agent credits ran out | Upgrade to Pro, where the agent is included at no extra cost |
| Automations refuse to publish | Free plan's 3-active-automation cap | Archive one, or move to Pro for unlimited automations |
| Charged more dollars than last month for the same plan | Euro-to-dollar conversion moved | Budget in euros; treat the card conversion as part of the price |
| Leads going unanswered despite paying | They're messaging on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Messenger | Inro is Instagram-only; add coverage for the other apps or route them to your own inbox |

## What mistakes do coaches make with Inro pricing?

**Budgeting on the floor.** EUR 12.99 is the start of a meter. The coaches who get surprised are the ones who multiplied the floor by twelve and called it a budget.

**Comparing EUR 1,249 to EUR 12.99 x 12.** The annual plan isn't the monthly plan discounted; it's a different volume tier (10k+ contacts against 500+). Compare it to what monthly billing would cost at your actual volume.

**Running a business on Free.** A hundred contacts is decent, but three automations and three campaigns is a hobby setup. If the funnel makes money, it has outgrown the tier.

**Blasting the CRM.** Activation is the meter. Untargeted campaigns to stored contacts are the fastest way to buy contacts you didn't need to pay for.

**Buying one channel for a two-channel audience.** If a third of your leads close on WhatsApp, an Instagram-only price is only two-thirds of your real cost.

**Skipping the written quote.** The mid-range schedule is unpublished. Asking costs nothing; not asking costs whatever your launch month says it costs.

## The decision criteria: Inro, a multi-channel tool, or both

**Choose Inro** if your audience is genuinely Instagram-only, your offer is low or mid-ticket, and your volume sits under roughly 1,500 activated contacts a month. At that shape, nothing on this page beats its price, and the free plan means testing it risks nothing but an afternoon.

**Choose a multi-channel tool** if leads reach you on two or more apps, or if you sell high-ticket and want a human approving what the AI sends. That's the shape our roundup of the [best AI DM setters](/blog/best-ai-dm-setter) compares honestly, including where each tool beats ours.

**Run both stages, in sequence.** Plenty of coaches should start on Inro's free plan today, learn what their real monthly contact volume is, and only then decide whether the next EUR 12.99, $39, or $99 goes to scaling one channel or covering four. The meter data from a real month is worth more than any comparison table, including this one.

## One honest limit

The honest limit in this post cuts against us. At the entry level, Inro's price is genuinely the better buy: its free plan is the most usable in the category, and at EUR 12.99 with an AI agent included, Luca's $99 Starter can't compete for an Instagram-only creator selling low-ticket offers. If that's you, start with Inro, and don't let a competitor's blog talk you out of it.

The limit runs the other way at the top of the funnel's value. Inro's agent sends on its own, on one channel, at a price that's a curve. A coach closing EUR 2,000-plus programs across Instagram and WhatsApp usually wants the opposite trade: a flat bill, every channel in one inbox, and a review queue where a human approves replies before they send. Price is the whole story only when every message costs you nothing to get wrong.

If your inbox has outgrown one channel, or you want a human approving every reply before it sends, see what flat setter pricing looks like on [Luca's pricing](/pricing) page.

## FAQ

### How much does Inro cost in 2026?

Inro's Free plan is EUR 0 with 100 active contacts a month. Pro starts at EUR 12.99/mo for 500+ contacts and auto-scales with usage. The annual Pro plan is EUR 1,249/yr for 10k+ contacts, and Managed accounts start at EUR 200/mo, billed annually. All prices are in euros (inro.social/pricing, August 2026).

### Does Inro have a free plan?

Yes, and it's usable: 100 active contacts a month, 3 active automations, 3 campaigns, 50 AI agent credits, and 1 team member, with no credit card required. The comparison table lists no integrations on Free, so Make and Zapier workflows need a paid plan.

### What counts as an active contact in Inro?

Inro's FAQ says any campaign, segmentation, data enrichment, or automation contributes to activating a contact, while manual actions like sending a DM by hand don't count. You pay each month only for contacts activated that month, and the count resets as activity changes.

### Does Inro offer a free trial?

Yes. The Pro plan carries a 14-day free trial, and Inro states there's no engagement commitment on any subscription. The Free plan itself needs no card, so you can test the builder first and trial Pro once you know your monthly contact volume.

### Does Inro work with WhatsApp or Telegram?

No. Inro is built for Instagram Business and Creator accounts only, covering DMs, comments, and campaigns on that one channel. Leads on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Messenger stay unanswered, so multi-channel coaches need a second tool or a setter that covers all four apps.

### How does Inro's auto-scaling pricing work?

You pay for the contacts you activate each month, starting at EUR 12.99 for around 500. Inro says the system scales up or down with your activity, so quiet months cost less. The full price schedule isn't published, so ask for your volume's rate in writing.

### Is Inro cheaper than ManyChat?

At entry, they're close: Inro Pro starts at EUR 12.99/mo against ManyChat's $17/mo Essential billed monthly. Inro's free plan includes 100 active contacts against ManyChat's 25. At higher volumes the answer depends on Inro's unpublished scaling rates, so model your launch month on both meters.

### Is Inro worth it for coaches?

For a coach selling low or mid-ticket offers to an Instagram-only audience, yes: the free plan is real and the paid entry price undercuts every rival we track. For high-ticket coaches closing across several apps, or anyone who wants replies reviewed before sending, it's the wrong shape.
